Familiarization of children

Familiarization sessions to approach the aquatic environment in a fun and educational way. The aim of the lessons is to make the child love water! The child must have fun during his session and be eager to come back the following week. Familiarization courses take place at the Wellness Center every Saturday morning except public holidays and school holidays. Several slots are offered depending on the child’s age and level of practice (level tests organized at the start of the cycle by the lifeguard staff).

The price of a familiarization subscription is €86 for 10 sessions; €230 for 30 sessions; 1 session is 9€70.

Adult familiarization

Swimming lessons for adults are oriented towards familiarization with water (immersion, floating, breathing) aimed at giving the person confidence and making him aware of his natural abilities (naturally floating body). The level is considered acquired when the person has solved the problems of apprehension, that she has mastered the balance at great depth, the changes of position and that she has solved the problems of aquatic breathing (expiration in water) .

Adult familiarization courses take place on Thursday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., except public holidays and school holidays.

The price of a familiarization subscription is €86 for 10 sessions; €230 for 30 sessions; 1 session is 9€70. Duration of the session: 1 hour.

Swimming babies

What is extraordinary with baby swimmers is that we will be able to use all of a baby’s senses in the aquatic world. Touch, orientation, vision, hearing… But also senses that we do not think of as the principle of balance. The aquatic environment will indeed develop the balance of the child as well as proprioception, that is to say the placement of the child in relation to his environment. These are essential senses. The child will gain confidence, which can then make us hope to make him frolic in the water a little earlier, but to learn to swim you have to wait for the coordination of movements and this happens around 5, 6 years or so. .

Baby swimming lessons take place every Saturday morning, except public holidays and school holidays. During a first discovery session, the child is tested by a lifeguard in order to assign him the group according to the level and age of the child.

It is from 6 months that the baby can follow the courses provided that he has his vaccines up to date. For the 2 accompanying parents, the entrance is free.

Aquabiking

The aquabike (literally “biking in water”) is the new trendy sport at the pool. Installed on a bike immersed in a swimming pool, the goal is to pedal! This activity, practiced alone or in a group, is an original way to do physical activity.

The aquabike is a very complete sport, which allows you to work your body without hurting yourself. Water resistance, which is much greater than air resistance, allows real results to be achieved quickly.

We can think (wrongly) that only the legs work during aquabike sessions. In reality, this physical activity also strengthens the abdominals and the heart.

Aquabike sessions take place every day, except Saturdays and Sundays. It’s important to register in advance by phone, via messenger or go directly to the reception. You can choose between a 36-session subscription at €230; a subscription of 12 sessions at €86 or one session at €9. Duration of the session: 30 minutes.

Water aerobics

Practiced in the pool, this discipline will seduce you first by the sensation of the water massage on your body and the fact that it weighs only a third of its weight.

Another advantage, the muscles, faced with the resistance of the water, will work more, without the effort provided being felt too intensely. We do not feel it directly, yet the body builds muscle faster. The results are visible very quickly. This makes it a very motivating activity. The resistance of water, 15 times greater than that of air, brings pressure to the body which multiplies the effort required for each movement, avoiding any muscular stress. Impacts on the ground are much less important than in other sports such as running or ball sports for example. The joints are therefore protected. The risk of injury is very low with this type of activity.

And it is also beneficial in shaping the silhouette, fighting cellulite, increasing muscle and respiratory tone, improving blood circulation and cardiovascular rhythm.

Aquagym sessions take place every day, except Saturdays and Sundays. You can choose between a subscription of 36 sessions at 192€; a subscription of 12 sessions at €76 or one session at €8. With aquagym subscriptions you can also participate in fitness classes.

Aquaboxing

Among the variants of classic aquagym, aquaboxing is a tonic sport inspired by martial arts. It is a form of body combat practiced in water. The aquaboxer is equipped with specific boxing gloves, and performs a choreography in the water to music. Aquaboxing sessions are organized every Friday evening. You can choose between a subscription of 36 sessions at 192€; a subscription of 12 sessions at €76 or one session at €8. With aquagym subscriptions you can also take part in fitness or aquaboxing classes.

Fitness

FitnessFitness is ideal for improving your cardiovascular performance, but also for working on your figure and your physical condition as a whole.

Under the term fitness are grouped a plurality of activities whether individual, such as cardio exercises, weight training, stretching, or collective, abs-buttocks, body combat or other variations aimed at improving of physical condition. Fitness activities allow you to lose weight, work your whole body, your endurance and your cardio, build muscle, relax and maintain yourself. It is ultimately about promoting the well-being of the participants and their overall fitness.

Fitness sessions take place every Monday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. It’s important to register in advance by email, phone, messenger or go directly to the reception. You can choose between a subscription of 36 sessions at 192€; a subscription of 12 sessions at €76 or one session at €8. After the session, you have access to the Wellness Center to enjoy the saunas, hammam or spa.

The duration of the session is 1 hour.

Birthday

The children have fun in the water for a period of time to be adapted with various games and accessories: slides, fries, balls and inflatable play structures, they are supervised by a lifeguard and the parents do not enter the pool. They can then participate in other recreational activities after swimming. Birthdays can be organized on Wednesdays or Saturdays at 2 p.m. During school holidays we organize birthday parties every day, except Thursdays and Sundays.

Several formulas are proposed: swimming pool alone or with 1 game of bowling; with or without cakes. Minimum 8 children and maximum 12.

Nordic's walk

Good for cardio, the circuits offered around the center with walking poles work the whole body.

Children's multi sports

Every Wednesday your children will be able to try out a multitude of sports. Athletics, racket sports, circus arts, archery. Your children will work on their proprioception, balance and dexterity essential to their development.

From 2 to 4 p.m. from 6 years old.
